The small print.

Your tour, your choice.

Ratings and saved places are stored on RackFocus Cinema’s server under your account. We store your username, a hashed password, and the review details and photos you choose to save. Photo location metadata is removed before storage. We use an essential sign-in cookie, not advertising trackers.

Location & maps

Location is requested only when you tap “Near me.” Nearby searches send the visible map area to OpenStreetMap Overpass services (FOSSGIS and Private.coffee), with Photon as a fallback. City and place searches are sent to Photon. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap; fonts by Google Fonts. These providers receive connection information such as your IP address. We do not keep a history of your movements.

Burger Tour Score

Your latest visit rating at each restaurant contributes anonymously to its overall Burger Tour Score. Each account counts once per restaurant. Written notes, photos and usernames remain private unless you enable sharing. Personal tour averages and group verdicts are separate.

Group ratings

Group scores include the host, scores entered by the host, and scores submitted through the join link. Anyone with a join link can view participant names and scores; while submissions are open they can add a score without an account. A browser session identifies returning participants so they can update their score. Names are not verified. The host can close submissions or disable the group. Shared review links also display group results.

Sharing & deleting

Reviews are private by default. When you enable sharing, anyone with the link can view the review, its photo, its place and date, and your username. Turn sharing off or delete the review to disable that link. Copies already saved by someone else cannot be recalled.

You can download your records or delete your account from the account menu. Deletion removes active records and invalidates shared links; older hosting backups may remain until the host’s backup rotation.

A few ground rules

Keep reviews honest, respectful, and based on your own visit. Do not include sensitive personal information. Map listings can be incomplete or outdated; check the restaurant before traveling. Photos used in the app’s artwork are illustrative, not photos of listed restaurants.
